This isn't coincidence—it's calling. The mission of Vidalia First is simply to connect people with Christ. In everything we do—our Sunday gatherings, midweek classes, small group meetings, various ministries in our community—we desire to demonstrate God's heart for us and provide opportunities for you and your family to connect and grow alongside others.


  • sunday gatherings

    Sunday School – 9:00 A.M.

    Join us each Sunday morning at 9:00 A.M. for engaging, Bible-centered classes designed for every age group. Our Sunday School provides a welcoming environment where individuals and families can grow in faith, build lasting relationships, and deepen their understanding of God’s Word.


    Sunday Worship Service – 10:00 AM

    We invite you to join us each Sunday at 10:00 AM for our weekly worship service. Our time together includes Christ-centered worship, Biblical teaching, and a dedicated ministry time designed to encourage spiritual growth and personal reflection.


    During the service, we provide a safe and engaging children’s ministry, as well as nursery care for our youngest attendees, allowing families to participate fully in worship with peace of mind.


    We look forward to welcoming you and your family as we gather to grow in faith and community.


  • midweek classes

    Join us every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM for a time of worship, learning, and community for the entire family.


    Verb Student Ministries (ages 12–18) gathers for a dynamic worship service designed to help students grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and develop a strong foundation in God’s Word.


    Adults meet for an engaging and practical Bible Study, where we dive deeper into Scripture and discover how to apply biblical truth to everyday life.


    We also provide a vibrant Children’s Ministry experience, along with a safe and nurturing nursery, ensuring that every member of your family is cared for and encouraged.


    There’s a place for you here. We invite you to come grow with us midweek as we pursue Christ together.


  • small group (L.I.N.K.) gatherings

    At our church, we believe life is better when we grow together. Our small group gatherings meet throughout the month and provide meaningful opportunities to build authentic relationships, deepen your faith, and experience biblical community.


    We offer groups for various age groups, as well as dedicated gatherings for men and women. In addition, we host topic-based groups and ministry-focused groups designed to address specific spiritual interests, life stages, and areas of need.


    Whether you are new to church or have been walking with Christ for years, there is a place for you to connect, grow, and be encouraged. We invite you to find a group and take your next step in community.


  • community outreach

    We are deeply committed to serving both our local community and the world beyond it. Throughout the month, we actively partner with local schools, ministry organizations, and individuals to provide ongoing support, practical assistance, and meaningful ministry opportunities.


    Our commitment to outreach extends globally as well. We are honored to collaborate with more than 30 global missions partners, supporting their work through prayer, resources, and strategic engagement. Together, we strive to share hope, meet needs, and make a lasting impact both locally and around the world.

Lead Pastor

Pastor Joe grew up in the Midwest and has faithfully served as the pastor of Vidalia First for several years. He is a graduate of Brownsville School of Ministry and Newburgh Seminary, holding degrees in Pastoral Care as well as Church Growth, Evangelism, and Outreach. Pastor Joe has been married to his wife, Ronnin, for 27 years, and together they have three children: Jace, Justus, and Ella.

Volunteer & Serve

We are a congregation of believers committed to sharing the message of Christ and guiding others towards faith in Him. As a church, we aim to love those in our community with the same love Christ has given to us. The work of our church is aimed at directing others towards the Savior in the hopes that they will encounter the one true God and be transformed by His gracious love for them. Through all we do, say, and preach, we pray that we will shine the light of Christ to all those we encounter.
